ABWE Leadership visits Togo
A year ago, Paul Davis was appointed president of ABWE. Since then, he has been traveling the world visiting the different countries that ABWE is represented in. Have you met Prosper?
Early Sunday morning, we drove to a small church on top of the mountain. The ABWE leadership is visiting Togo. The vice president, Dave Woodard, is preaching this morning. He spoke on having a relationship with Jesus. To help illustrate his sermon, he pointed to a young boy sitting in the front row. “I don’t know this boy or his name. So how can I be his friend?” Dave then extended his hand in greeting and asked what the boy’s name was. The boy replied, “My name is Prosper.”

One Month in
Lizards and frogs are everywhere! It was one of my first nights in Togo, and I was in the middle of taking a shower when the power went out. Someone had told me to count to 7 in my head, and that’s usually when the power would come back on. Thankfully, it did, and I finished my shower. As I was stepping out, a frog hopped in! I was startled by the frog and quickly left the restroom. As I sat down on my bed, I heard a scurry across the floor. I covered my mouth not to scream,
